Q. What are the terms of contract?

A. BIFA Standard Trading Conditions and we would draw your attention to the clauses which exclude or limit our liability. For definitions and application please go to our library section and you can click/print a copy of these.



Q. Is Quay Cargo Services insured and are my goods insured?

A. Yes Quay Cargo Services is insured, but we insure our liability to carry your cargo. We do not insure your cargo for you and we always recommend that our customers insure their own goods in transit.



Q. What is the transit time?

A. We always try to be realistic when quoting transit times and ETAs but they are of course estimates and can sometimes change.



Q. What are your hours of business?

A. 0800-1800hrs Monday to Friday and out of hours contacts if necessary can be given on request.



Q. When do I need to submit my AMS/ACI information?

A. At least 48 hours before Mother Vessel arrival into Port of Departure.
